Engineer by degree. Filmmaker by obsession.
I studied engineering at IIT Guwahati, spent a decade in marketing across India, Singapore and London, and kept a camera in my bag the whole way.

Usually behind the camera
Hopping Bug grew into a channel of 312K+ subscribers and 50M+ views: travel web series, documentary aerials with BBC Studios, aerials for Harmony with A.R. Rahman and Brahmāstra, and films for DJI, Mahindra, Sony and tourism boards from Assam to Kazakhstan.
I write, direct, fly, shoot and edit, so a brief goes from recce to final grade without handovers. I hold an FPV and aerial licence and handle the permits and safety paperwork that come with it.
I have spoken twice at TEDx, about unconventional careers and about building a creative life online without chasing instant gratification. Now based in Dubai and a new dad, I film travel, family life and the craft of filming it well.
