Made with Assam Tourism: Mayong, Haflong in Dima Hasao, Kaziranga National Park, the river island of Majuli and Bhalukpong.
A five-part destination web series made in 2023 in collaboration with Assam Tourism. It opens in Mayong, the village known for its old stories of magic and healing, then climbs to Haflong in the Dima Hasao hills. Episode three is Kaziranga National Park and its one-horned rhinos, episode four is Majuli, the world’s largest river island and the centre of Assam’s monastery culture, and the series closes in Bhalukpong on the edge of Arunachal Pradesh. Each film is built so a viewer can follow the same route.
